Where is Hotel Europäischer Hof located?
The hotel is centrally located in Munich, directly across from the main train station. Excellent public transport connections.

How do I get to the hotel?

By train:
Exit the main station at platform 11 through the southern “Bayerstraße” exit. It’s just 180 steps to the hotel. -
From MUC Airport:
S-Bahn lines S1 or S8 go directly to the main station. Exit at platform 11 through the southern “Bayerstraße” exit and walk 180 steps. -
By car:
Follow signs for “Zentrum/Hauptbahnhof.” From Bayerstraße, turn right into Senefelderstraße. The first entrance on the right leads into the courtyard.
Are parking spaces available?
Yes. We offer parking in our private courtyard for €19.50 per day and in our underground garage for €13.50 per day, subject to availability upon arrival.
Please note that the underground garage may not be suitable for very large vehicles.

What kind of breakfast is offered?
A rich buffet with fresh bread & rolls, a wide variety of cheeses and cold cuts, croissants, yogurt & cereals, fresh fruits & vegetables, and more.

Yes, from 6:15 a.m. daily: coffee and fresh croissants.

Yes, just ask at reception to get a breakfast ticket.
Can I have breakfast as a non-hotel guest?
Yes! External guests are welcome for €18.50. Please check in at reception.
For groups, please inquire in advance.

Is the reception staffed 24 hours?
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m.
Can I check in late in the evening or at night?
Yes, you can. Please inform us in advance. If the entrance is closed, simply ring the bell.
Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes. We are happy to store your luggage free of charge on the day of arrival and departure in our luggage room. This service is available for hotel guests only.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel for several days and pick it up later?
Yes, this is possible. For hotel guests only, we offer luggage storage at the following rates:
Small luggage: €2.50 per night
Large luggage: €4.00 per night

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
Are pets allowed?
No. Although the team loves animals, pets are not permitted.

Can I buy public transport tickets at the hotel?
Yes, tickets for local public transport are available at reception.
Gibt es Parkplätze?
Ja. Wir bieten Parkmöglichkeiten in unserem hoteleigenen Innenhof für 19,50 € pro Tag und in unserer Tiefgarage für 13,50 € pro Tag, je nach Verfügbarkeit bei Anreise.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Tiefgarage für sehr große Autos eventuell nicht geeignet ist.
Can I charge my electric vehicle at the hotel?
Yes. A charging station (11 kW – Type II connector) for electric vehicles is available in our underground garage.
A fee of €26.50 per charging session (max. 6 hours) applies, in addition to the parking fee of €13.50, subject to availability upon arrival.
You can charge your car safely and sustainably with 100% climate-neutral green electricity (M-Ökostrom) provided by Stadtwerke München.
Please remember to bring your own charging cable and the required adapter.
Does the hotel support environmentally friendly initiatives?
Yes. We use climate-neutral green electricity from 100% renewable sources to ensure an environmentally friendly stay.
You also make a valuable contribution by staying with us without the use of air conditioning.
