We are available to you around the clock, seven days a week.

For security reasons, the main entrance of the hotel is closed at midnight. If you should return later, our night clerk will open the door for you. If he should be on an periodically inspection round, please wait a moment – he will be back shortly.

Arrival and departure
Check-in time: from 2 pm.
If you should arrive earlier and your room is not ready, you can leave your luggage with us and start to discover Munich.

Early check-in - for those of you who like to get an early start
Are you travelling at night because you want to enjoy the whole day? If yes, we are able to offer you a special service: a room will be kept ready for you, starting from the previous evening. If you want to make use of this service, please let us know, so that we can confirm your request together with your reservation.

Our charges for this service range from 50 to 150 Euro (including breakfast on the day of arrival), depending on the room category and the season.

Check-out: by 11h00 am.
We can store your luggage after check-out.

We accept the following credit cards:
Visa, Euro/Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro and EC-cash.
We reserve the right to check your credit card authorisation.

All inclusive – our rates
Our rates include an extensive breakfast buffet and VAT.
Children up to six years stay free of charge (max. two children per room in their parents’ bed). Children only pay for breakfast at a charge of 4.50 Euro per child.


Reservation and rate information

Fixed and immediate - discounted fixed reservations
By reserving your room early, i.e. 10 days before the date of arrival, you can benefit from our fixed rate. You get a discount of 10% on the daily rate when you actually make your reservation. This discount is our way of saying thank you for supporting our advance planning. Please note the different room rates, depending on the current booking situation and the demand for rooms. The rates may therefore vary from day to day. Once the reservation has been completed, the daily rate is valid. Do not hesitate to make your booking now. Please refer to our online reservation system for the current room rates.

Please also note our terms and conditions:
Once your reservation has been completed, no changes or cancellations are possible. A deposit of 100% on the total cost of accommodation becomes due immediately after the reservation order, payable by credit card or instant bank transfer. In the event of a cancellation / no-show or a change of reservation, this amount cannot be reimbursed.

In the event of a change, you must take into account the following limitations: reservation deadline, minimum and maximum duration of stay, room category.

To minimise your risk, we advise you to take out travel insurance. Events such as an illness, accident or other circumstances can occur at short notice. Our long-term partner, Europäische Reiseversicherung, can safeguard you against the above-mentioned risks.

Flexible – changes included
By booking at our flexirate, you can change or cancel your reservation free of charge until six, four, two or even one day before the date of arrival. Please also note all the information in the confirmation email.

You can change your reservation for as long as the originally booked category is available. If this should not be the case, the balance for the next higher room category must be paid.

For a guaranteed reservation, your credit card details (Visa, Euro/Mastercard, with credit card number and date of extension) are required and have to be provided in writing together with the reservation request. The credit card is our security and therefore a guarantee for your room reservation.
